A strong fundraising board can propel your organization forward and position your nonprofit for growth. When a board has the right training, they’re ready to raise their hand to help with cultivation or to take part in a major gift solicitation. They’ll be ready to be your partners in fundraising.
We’ll work with you and your board by providing training – including presentations, workshops, and role play exercises – to boost their comfort level with donor cultivation and solicitations so they become adept at asking for support and understand their role in the development cycle.

Each fall and spring, we launch group training sessions for nonprofits seeking to gain expertise in specific fundraising areas.
As a Learning Lab participant, you’ll gain knowledge in a group setting of up to four organizations at a time, where we encourage engagement and include many tactical recommendations and materials to share your board and staff.
Included in the Learning Lab package are a series of 1:1 sessions and a Pivot assessment. Lab sessions will be offered by video conference and can include multiple participants from your organization.
